Processing Time: At Pretty Smart, we aim to process orders swiftly. Our standard processing time is between 2-7 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or promotional events, and no adjustments can be made once orders are placed.

Domestic USA Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $50. Shipping times are subject to standard processing periods and may also be affected by carrier delays (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that delivery times can fluctuate especially during busy periods.

Returns and Refunds: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns received within 30 days from the shipment date for unused products.
